Arabian Travel Market ( ATM) The premiere travel and tourism exhibition. Organized annually in Dubai to provide a platform for inbound and outbound tourism professionals in the Middle East, ATM is widely regarded as the largest international tourism and hospitality event in the region, providing information on tourism destinations, accommodation options, tourism attractions and the aviation industry.
Generating sales at the region’s top property show
Cityscape Global is the largest and most influential real estate event in the MENA region. Attended by regional & international investors, developers, contractors architects, designers and government authorities from over 100 countries, Cityscape also features industry-leading conference programs such as the Global Real Estate Summit, the Future Retail Conference and the MENA Housing Congress.
Nakheel Harbour and Tower Complex. Launching the world’s tallest building
Announced in 2008 and planned to surpass Burj Khalifa as the tallest building in the world. Nakheel harbour and Tower was founded on the influence of Arabic astrology and designed to be the ultimate symbol of Dubai’s evolution as a commercial and cultural capital.
Taylormade, with its experience partners, developed and facilitated creative charrettes with the architects and Nakheel’s project team to explore options and define strategies and experiences that would have the greatest impact at the new sales and experience center. The brand strategy, creative storyline, and experience mix also guided the Nakheel Harbour and Tower grand launch event at Cityscape.
Immersive experience to launch a leading sustainable development initiative
Blue Communities is a CSR initiative led by Nakheel with the aim of funding research and development activity and promoting active engagement of international experts in sustainable development, construction, management and governance of coastal communities around the world.
Taylormade with its brand experience partners, conceptualized, designed and delivered a high profile launch event for Blue Communities. We brought in an immersive video projection technology company from California and constructed a 90 foot dome theater on which the Blue Communities announcements were projected. Other on-message musical and theatrical performances were created to entertain scientists, environmentalists and Government specialists who attended the event which successfully raised awareness of the initiative and the role Nakheel would play in its success.
