Background

Dubai Holding is one of the largest contributors to Dubai’s diversified economic growth.  Established in 2004, Dubai Holding today manages a thirty billion dollar asset portfolio, operating in 12 countries and employing over 20,000 people.   The company operates large scale development, infrastructure, industrial and financial projects with focus on non-oil innovation-led economy across diverse sectors including;  tourism, hospitality, real estate, media, ICT, education, design , manufacturing and trade. Taylormade worked with Dubai Holding on many strategic marketing consulting, research and competency improvement projects bringing “marketing excellence” to all 12 original operating groups including;  Tecom, Dubai Properties, Dubailand, Dubai industrial City, Dubai Healthcare, Dubai Group and Jumeirah Group.

  • Taylormade conducted a program to identify and help implement improved marketing processes and people throughout the organization, developing and publishing marketing guidebooks
  • Through segmentation​, targeting & association research we  identified and profiled  targets that matter most and the marketing, media and experience mix that will have the greatest impact effectively allocating marketing  budgets across  brand portfolio
