It has very quickly established it self as designer and creator of large scale urban development, diverse mixed communities covering retail, leisure and entertainments, hospitality and healthcare sectors. Its recently launched destinations include: City Walk, The Beach, Boxpark, LaMer  as well as Last Exit and The Outlet Village

Taylormade worked with Meraas during its brand inception stage when the business was focusing on urban renewal. We developed a compelling brand strategy based around the thought:
